First and second graders are
enjoying fun learning games under the sea with their EHOVE
reading partners during Project MORE.
The Berlin Conservation Club
donated a Norway Spruce tree to every second grader on
Friday. The students appreciated them very much and
promised to plant and take care of them!

The Monday and Tuesday night Pool
Leagues donated many coats, hats and gloves after a

Veteran's Day Activities
Walk for Wellness!
The Walkathon was a great kickoff for our Walking Club.
We are trying to promote a healthy lifestyle for the
students by having them walk some days during a small part
of their recess. To top it off, we made money for the
Parents Club to support school activities and needs.
Thank you to all community members and family members who
donated!
We would also like to
thank the High School students for coming out to walk with
us and talking to the students about working hard! The
students also enjoyed going in the football locker rooms and
talking with the players.

Thanks to the
Berlin Heights Garden Club for once again sponsoring our
annual sunflower contest. Our students enjoyed watching
their plants grow over the summer and in turn learned a lot
about the growing process. Thank you for your time and
hard work, ladies!
