Edison Art students for winning the following awards at this
past weekend’s 5 County Art Show: Caitlyn Roberts – 2nd
place, Hannah Shelly – 3rd place, Katie Wallrabenstein – two
3rd places, Logan Jessee – 2nd place, Kevin Greulich – 1st
and 2nd place, Christian Kontos – Honorable Mention, Dan
Harvey – 2nd place, Katie Ferman 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable
Mention, Don Janik – 3rd place, Megan McClellan – 2nd place,
Emily Demuth – 1st place and Dan Imus – Honorable Mention.

There will be an Art club meeting tomorrow after school in
the Art room. Congratulations to Heather Schenk for winning
the Art Club T-shirt Design Contest!

Congratulations go out to several Edison Art
students who placed in this past weekend’s Firelands Area
Art League Show at the Norwalk Performing and Visual Arts
Center. Winning first place were Don Janik and Megan
McClellan; second place went to Christian Kontos, Brittany
Kessler and Katie Ferman. Taking Honorable Mention was
Heather Schenk.

Congratulations go out
to 4 Edison art students who were selected regionally to
compete at state competition for their artwork. These
students are Katie Wallrabenstein, Katie Ferman, Kevin
Greulich and Jacob Forren. Jacob had 2 works selected.
Good luck artists at State this Saturday!
