The Junior Class of
Edison High School Requests the Pleasure of Your
Company at the Junior-Senior Prom

At Seven O'clock in the Evening

Time: 7 p.m. to 11 p.m
Formal or Dress Attire Required
No Costumes Allowed!
The doors to Prom will open at 6:45 p.m. with
Dinner to begin at 7:00 p.m.
Dancing will begin at 8:00
Students will be allowed to leave Prom at 10:30 p.m.
They will not be allowed to go to their cars to
get items forgotten such as cameras or cell phones.

Assorted Rolls and Butter

Assorted Soft Drinks, Coffee, Tea and Milk
Important Information about Tickets and
Dance Registration Forms

To purchase tickets, students must
complete an Emergency Medical Form for each person
attending Prom, including themselves.

Students bringing guest who do not
attend Edison High School mush also complete a Dance
Registration Application for their guest.

These forms require multiple
signatures which will require some time to complete.
Do not wait until the last minute to pick up the
form. The forms are available in the high
school office.

For EHOVE and
Tech Prep students, the forms have been included in
this invitation. EHOVE and Tech Prep students may
order tickets through the mail. Return all forms
for both the student and guest, along with a check made
out to Edison High School. The tickets will be
held for you at the dance or you may pick them up at the
school from Mrs. Dow. Do not send a check only.
If no dance registration forms are included with
payment, you will not be allowed to attend the Prom.
Of course, EHOVE and Tech Prep students may also come to
Edison to purchase tickets during the lunch modules, but
no class officers will be at EHOVE to sell tickets.
No tickets will be sold until the forms are
completed and turned in.
No Tickets Will Be Sold after April 17!
This price includes dinner and the dance.
Tickets will be sold at Edison High School during the lunch
modules from April 1 to April 17.
Additional Information:
Photo packages will be available by Woodard Photographic
at prices ranging from $12 to $90.
The Nia Center is located at Kalahari Resort on Route 250
in Sandusky, OH.
The Nia Center is at the back of the resort with a specially
marked entrance.
Music will be provided by House of Entertainment.
