The 7th grade boys
played St. Mary's on January 22 and won with a score of
34-12. Alex Bixler led the team with 11 points and 9
rebounds. Shane Crooks added 9 points and Adam Rospert
scored 7 points.
The 8th grade boys
beat St. Mary's on January 22 with a score of 34-14. Derek
Starkey, Jason Blodgett and Holden Maschari all had 6
points. Zack Davis had 5 points and 5 rebounds. Kyle Weedman
had 6 rebounds. The team's record is not 4-7.
The 7th grade boys
won on January 24 against Clyde with a score of 28-25 on a
last second 3 pointer by Adam Rospert. Shane Crooks led the
team with 11 points. Alex Bixler scored 8 points and added
10 rebounds. The boys improved their record to 7-5!
The 8th grade boys
lost to Clyde with a score 43-37. Kyle Weedman had 13 points
and 7 rebounds. Zack Davis had 10 points and 8 rebounds. The
8th grade record is not 4-8.
The 7th grade boys
lost in overtime on January 29 against Huron with a score of
40-36. The boys were led by Alex Bixler with 12 points.
Trenton Emody and Shane Crooks each scored 9 points. Adam
Rospert and Brian Cushler each made 3 pointers.
The 8th grade boys
beat Huron on January 29 by a score of 36-22. Mitch Unger
had 12 points and 4 rebounds. Zack Davis had 11 points. Alec
Spriggs had a big three pointer. Matt Ortman had 2 points.
The 7th grade boys
lost on February 1 to Port Clinton with a score of 46-32.
Shane Crooks led the boys with 17 points and Alex Bixler
added 15 points and 15 rebounds.
The 8th grade boys
lost to Port Clinton with a score 43-22. Zack Davis had 8
points and 4 rebounds. Holden Maschari had 5 points and 5
rebounds. Jason Blodgett had 5 rebounds. The 8th grade
record is 5-9.
The 7th grade boys
lost a hard fight against Clyde on January 24. The leading
scorer was Alex Bixler with 13 points and Shane Crooks added
10 points. Stephen Shephard also played very well off the
bench. The boys want to thank all the fans for their support
this season!

lost to Margaretta on February 5 with a score 49-43. Kyle
Weedman had 12 points and 4 rebounds. Steven Bridges had 8
points and 16 rebounds. Jason Blodgett had 9 points. The 8th
graders finished the season with a 5-10 record.
