Obey all rules in the
Charger Guide!!
The library is a great source for research-
please use it as such.
Come prepared to do research, study
quietly or read. The library is not to be
used to socialize with your friends.
Library visits are twice a week.
Additional visits require a pass from your
teacher, and you must be working.
Sign in! If you do not sign in you will
be sent back to study hall. You must put
down where you are sitting.
Three to a table, one person in the chair -
no talking!
Overdue charges are $.10 per day, per
item. Materials and fines more than 2 weeks
overdue, you will lose your library
privileges until fines are paid.
Patron Barcode. You each will be assigned
a number. It will be placed on your agenda
book. Use this as your library card to check
out and renew material. Bring it with you
every time you come to the library.
All material taken from the library must
be checked out. there is a sign out sheet
for books, magazines, and newspapers takes
for use in class or study hall for 1 or 2
periods. Return when finished and cross your
name off.
No gum, candy, or drinks.
Remain in your seat until the bell rings.
Restroom and lockers should be visited
between classes.

Q. Where did the couch
go?!
A. The library couch has been moved to the
response lounge
Q. How do I find a
specific book?
A. Each computer in the library has a
program called spectrum. Double click the
icon on the desktop to open the program.
Once the program is open select the catalog
tab. Next type in the book name or author
name and click search. You will be given a
list of books with that title or author.
Make note of the bar code for the book and
begin searching. The library is marked with
categories of books
Q. Why can't I go to the
computer lab?
A. The computer lab is used exclusively for
classes that reserve it for specific days.
